This is an Open Space signature class! It is open to any and all levels. We meet at Hofma Preserve in Grand Haven. No mat required but you will definitely need to wear shoes. We start with a simple warm up flow then go for a short hike. Take a little flow and off we go again. It’s adaptable to all paces nad is a great way to participate with your children. It’s only offered once a week at this point and in the winter we call it “Snow-ga”!
Inner Space
A quiet space for meditation, reflection, and stillness. These sessions offer time to slow down, reconnect with breath and awareness, and experience the calm that comes from simply being present.
